There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

When we decided to sell our home on Timberoak I wanted to do it on my own and save me the money I would have to spend on a Realtor. Well I realized that I did not have the time and marketing capabilities to be very aggressive for quick results. I needed to sell my home fast to move my family back into a home, as we were relocating back to our hometown that’s when I decided on getting Mrs. Colindres whom we had known as our neighbor when we first relocated to Killeen, before she even started in the real estate business. The Colindres had become very good friends of ours and I had all the confidence in the manner that she conducted business. She put our home on the market and BOOM! It was as if someone had been waiting for that very house to sell. The pictures they took, as well as the feedback and communication we received was awesome.

I also had a friend in Killeen after I had left that had been trying to sell their home though another Realtor and was unsuccessful.
